Pina Colada Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly in medium bowl with fork.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, just until moistened.
    Bake in greased muffin tins or use cupcake papers at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
