Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. diced cheese (mild)
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. milk
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook cabbage in salt water; drain.
Melt margarine in pan. Add flour and blend.
Add milk gradually.
Stir in cheese.
Cook until smooth and thick.
Alternate cabbage and cheese sauce in dish.
Top with buttered bread.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
