Zesty Snack Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. prepared popcorn
    1 1/2 c. dry roasted unsalted mixed nuts or peanuts
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
    1 (0.7 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix or 1/4 c. Italian dressing
    1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine popcorn and nuts. Set aside. In small bowl, combine margarine, mustard and salad dressing mix. Pour over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat well. Spread in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in raisins. Spread on paper towel to cool. Store in airtight container. Yields 6 cups.
