Country Ribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 servings country-style spareribs
1 can sauerkraut
1/2 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 can water
Preparation

Brown ribs on both sides in large skillet.
Spread kraut over the ribs.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the sauerkraut.
Pour water slowly over all.
Put lid on and cook over low to medium heat for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
Spoon the brown juices over the kraut and serve.
