Salmon Croquets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    4 eggs, separated
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/2 tsp. black pepper or to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together.
    Take large amounts of mixture and form cakes.
    Place in hot oil and fry until brown.
