Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 big zucchini, skin on
    1 medium onion, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. herb stuffing
    1 small jar Prego with mushroom sauce
    Butter
Preparation
    Cut zucchini like French fries.
    In frying pan, fry zucchini with onions in butter.
    Place lid on pan and continue cooking until onions are tender.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Put zucchini mixture into a large casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
    Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, stuffing and sauce; mix well.
    Sprinkle some cheese on top and back at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
