Ingredients

tenderized veal cutlets or tenderized round steak, cut in cutlets
mustard
salt
pepper
onions, chopped
Preparation

Lay steaks out.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread mustard over meat.
Top with chopped onion and press onion into meat with hand.
Flour lightly and place in hot skillet with about 1/4 cup oil.
Cook on medium heat until done.
Turn once and brown other side.
Serve on hot platter, onion side up.
Cook side with onion first.
