Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Add flour, soda and cinnamon (be sure to sift).
    Mix well and add carrots.
    Bake in 3 layers at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
