Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Sift flour and meal together.
    In a separate bowl, beat egg; add buttermilk and oil.
    Pour liquid ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients.
    Stir good.
    Grease pan with Pam or margarine.
    Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
