Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound mild bulk sausage
    1 pound hot sausage
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup uncooked rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 - 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    2 cups water
    1 can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Brown sausages, onion and celery. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 325\u00b0 in a covered container
    for 1 1/2 hours.
