Rex Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. beet juice
2 boxes Sure-Jell
2 boxes raspberry jello
8 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix beet juice and Sure-Jell together and cook 1 minute.
Add 2 boxes raspberry jello and sugar.
Cook 6 minutes.
Pour into hot sterilized jars.
Yield 6 pints.
