Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. plain flour
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Mix the first 9 ingredients and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix the next 5 ingredients for the icing.
Spread on after it has cooled.
