Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    4 tsp. oil
    1 tsp. vinegar, lemon juice or brandy
    1 c. flour
    dash of salt
    3/4 c. plus 2 tsp. water
Preparation
    Beat the eggs. Add the milk, oil and vinegar.
    Add flour and salt. Beat until free from lumps. Add the water and mix well. Leave the batter for 30 or more minutes.
    Pour a little oil into a frying pan and allow the pan to heat well.
    Pour the excess oil off and fry the batter.
