Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. coarse salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease 2 large baking sheets.
    In a large bowl, sprinkle yeast over warm water.
    Stir until blended and yeast is dissolved.
    Gradually, with wooden spoon, stir in sugar, salt and enough flour for sticky dough.
