Onion Casserole Number 3 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. onions, peeled and thickly sliced
    2 eggs, fork beaten
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
    1/3 c. Town House cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Heat first four ingredients in saucepan.
    Add onions and cook covered until tender (about 15 minutes).
    Turn onion mixture into 1-quart casserole and pour a mixture of egg yolks, sour cream, and cheese over onions.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
