Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small cans crushed pineapple
    1 tub cottage cheese
    2 tubs Cool Whip
    2 small boxes instant pistachio pudding
    1 small pkg. pecan nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine in bowl the pineapple, pistachio pudding and cottage cheese; mix well.
    Add pecans and Cool Whip; stir well.
    Pour in salad bowl and refrigerate 1 hour minimum; overnight for best results.
