Indonesian Pork Chops(Or Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large pork chops or 1 cut-up chicken
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (1 lb.) can peach halves
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large green pepper
    1 large red pepper
Preparation
    Season meat with salt and pepper.
    In hot skillet, brown meat on both sides in oil.
    Drain peach halves and set aside.
    Combine peach liquid and all other ingredients, except pepper and peaches. Pour mixture over browned meat.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Cut peppers into diamond shapes.
    Add peppers and peaches when meat is done.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes more.
    Serve over fluffy rice and French bread.
