Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans hominy, drained (yellow is better)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    jalapeno pepper to your taste
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients with 1 cup of cheese.
    Place in casserole dish and sprinkle other cup of cheese on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
