Herb-Baked Fish And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. hot chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee onions
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. unbreaded fish fillets
    paprika (optional)
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In 8 x 12-inch baking dish, combine hot bouillon, uncooked rice and seasonings.
    Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Top with broccoli, 1/2 can onions and the cheese. Place fish fillets diagonally down center of dish.
    Sprinkle fish with paprika.
    Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes until fish flakes.
    Stir rice.
    Top fish with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
