Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    1 small chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a greased and heated 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
