Quick Spanish Beef Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. regular rice, uncooked
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Add beef, onion, green pepper and rice in skillet.
    Stir until meat is brown.
    Drain grease.
    Add tomato sauce and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
    One-half cup grated cheese may be added before serving.
