Hildy'S Roasted Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 green peppers
    2 tomatoes
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Roast peppers and tomatoes until black in a 450\u00b0 oven.
    Keep in foil to keep warm while peeling.
    Slice and seed.
    Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
    Coat with olive oil.
    Chill and serve with crackers.
