Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 small container sour cream
    Ritz crackers
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    3/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil and bone chicken breasts.
    Tear up and place in baking dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream; spread over chicken.
    Crumble 1 stick Ritz crackers over.
    Sprinkle with poppy seed.
    Pour melted butter over top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
