Mexican Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. wide noodles
2 medium onions, sliced
4 to 6 Tbsp. bacon drippings or vegetable oil
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, sliced
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown onions in bacon fat or oil.
Remove onions and fry noodles and ground beef until they are brown, turning frequently. Drain excess fat.
Add onions, green peppers, tomatoes, chili powder and salt to noodles and meat.
Cover and simmer until noodles are tender.
Stir occasionally.
