Potato Rusks(Bread Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 c. potato water
    1 cake, dissolved, or 1 envelope yeast in 1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. shortening, melted and cooled
    2 tsp. salt
    flour
Preparation
    While hot, combine 1 cup mashed potatoes, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 cup potato water in a large bowl.
    Dissolve 1 cake yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
