Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk or heavy cream
1 stick melted unsalted butter
1 to 1 1/2 c. apple, peeled, cored and cut into medium pieces
Preparation

Mix all ingredients adding fruit last.
Pour into baking dish and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 30 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
You can substitute any fruit, seedless grapes, pitted cherries, plums, etc.
