K.C.'S Killer Smoked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 (16 oz.) bottle soy sauce
    1/2 (8 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1 salmon
Preparation
    Cut salmon into small pieces.
    Put remaining ingredients in large bowl.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Add fish and just enough water to cover.
    Soak for 8 to 12 hours.
    Place on rack and let sit for 1 hour.
    Pepper top of fish, if you like.
    Smoke to desired consistency.
