Rice Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling water until tender; drain and add beaten eggs, flour and salt.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into skillet of hot cooking oil.
    Let brown on each side by turning.
    Put on paper towels; let drain, then serve.
    Serves as bread for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
