Roasted Spice Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 stick butter
 
1 lb. pecans
5 shakes Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
minced fresh garlic
Preparation
- 
                            Melt butter. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Spread pecans on a cookie sheet.
 
Pour mixture over it. Slow roast at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
They should be shiny and tan when finished.
