Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini, loosely packed
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat eggs until fluffy.
    Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla until it is thick and lemon colored.
    Add rest of ingredients and pour into 2 loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Invert on rack and let cool completely.
