Kay'S Chicken Almond - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced celery
2 c. diced onion
1/4 tsp. grated ginger root or 1/8 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. rice (brown or white)
1 c. slivered almonds
2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
6 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Add ginger. Bring to boil. Add rice and soup mix. Boil 1 minute. Add all other ingredients. Mix well and pour into large casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 10 to 20, depending if served alone or on buffet with other main dishes.
