Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable oil
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley original Ranch salad dressing mix
    16 oz. thawed mixed vegetables
    1/2 lb. boneless chicken, thin strips
Preparation
    Heat oil and chicken.
    Stir in dressing.
    Mix to coat chicken. brown chicken.
    Add 16 ounces vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons water.
    Stir 2 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
