Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken legs and thighs connected or 6 chicken breasts
melted butter
2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Dip chicken pieces in melted butter.
Combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic and cheese.
Roll chicken in this mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Good served with French green beans, Caesar salad and Vienna bread.
