Beef With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flank steak, round steak or any other steak; thinly sliced into about 1/2 x 1/2 x 2 inch long
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1 Tbsp. cooking wine
    3 slices ginger, cut into thin, small pieces
    4 green onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch (one Tbsp for marinate, one for gravy)
    3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp. broth or water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. peanut oil, crisco oil or any other vegetable oil
Preparation
    Put beef slices and add soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, pepper, wine, broth, ginger, sugar, onions into a big bowl until smooth. Set aside for 20 minutes at least (they can be marinated up to 24 hours.
    Sealed and covered in refrigerator).
