Tuna Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oleo.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; boil 10 minutes on low flame.
    Serve hot.
