Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables, cooked and drained
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, drained
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter
2 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and pour into casserole dish.
Melt butter and crush crackers for topping.
Place on top of casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
