Vidalia Onion Casserole(Or 10 To 15 Casserole) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large onions, sliced in rings
1 stick butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
crumbled Ritz crackers
Preparation

Spray casserole dish with oil spray or oil dish.
Cover bottom of dish thickly with Ritz cracker crumbs.
Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion rings, then remove to casserole dish with drippings. Salt and pepper lightly.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until hot.
