Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) chicken, quartered
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh angel hair pasta
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. light cream
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Simmer chicken and pepper in 2 quarts of water, covered, for 1 hour or until tender.
    Remove chicken.
