Crock-Pot Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Put crock-pot full of thinly sliced apples.
    Cook on high for 2 hours with lid on.
    Drain off liquid.
    Mash or puree apples. Add sugar, vinegar, cinnamon, allspice and cloves.
    Stir and cook on low with lid off for at least 2 more hours.
    Put at once in jars and seal.
