Chili Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. cayenne
    2 tsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Spray frying pan with Pam.
    Saute beef and drain. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese.
    Simmer 5 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted. If too thick, add water.
    Keep hot. Serve with chips.
    Makes 2 quarts.
