Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans pineapple chunks
2/3 c. sugar
5 tsp. plain flour
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 stick melted butter
1/4 box Ritz crackers
Preparation

Place pineapple in casserole dish.
Mix flour and sugar and sprinkle over pineapple.
Top with grated cheese; add cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Pour over casserole.
Cook 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve hot.
