Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and lemon
    juice on high speed for 5 minutes.
    Then add flour and spices.
    Beat slightly.
    Spread into a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan lined with wax paper.
    Top with 1 cup finely chopped nuts (optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Turn onto towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Starting at end, roll towel and cake together.
    Leave until cool.
