Apricot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 small jars apricot baby food fruit
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except nuts.
When mixture is blended well. Fold in nuts. Pour into baking pan, 13 x 9-inch, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
Check after 45 minutes.
