Salisbury Steak Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and blend well. Set aside. Combine beef with egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of the soup mixture. Shape into 6 patties.
    Brown patties in skillet. Drain drippings from pan. Combine remaining soup mixture and 1/2 cup water and pour over patties.
    Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
