Ultimate Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cake flour, sifted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. corn oil
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
3/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 3/4 c. grated carrots, firmly packed
Preparation

Add all dry ingredients, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Mix until smooth.
Add pecans, coconut, carrots and pineapple.
Grease two 9-inch pan (no flour).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
