Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Cranberries
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
2 Eggs
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Butter, melted
1/4 c. Shortening, melted
Vanilla Ice Cream
Preparation

Spread Cranberries in a well greased 10-inch Pie Plate. Sprinkle with Sugar and Nuts.
In a separate bowl beat eggs: gradually beat in 1 c. Sugar.
Add Flour, Butter and Shortening, beating well.
Pour mixture over Cranberries and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Good served warm or cold with Vanilla Ice Cream.
