Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    salt and pepper as desired
    1/2 onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    crumbled bacon (for top)
Preparation
    Cook the broccoli, seasoning as desired with salt and pepper. Drain.
    (Personally, the mushroom soup has enough seasoning so you don't have to add salt and pepper.
