Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sour cream
    salsa
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small can black olives, sliced
    1 small bunch scallions, sliced
    jalapenos
    1 large bag tortilla chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook ground meat and drain.
    Mix taco seasoning into ground beef following directions on package.
    Using a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish, layer tortilla chips on bottom. Sprinkle 1/2 ground beef on top of chips, 1/2 olives, scallions and jalapenos on top of ground beef.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of Cheddar cheese.
    Repeat for second layer.
    Bake in oven 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and nachos are heated through.
    Serve hot. Have salsa and sour cream for dipping.
