Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 9 inch pie crust unbaked
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes mashed
Preparation
    In a pan, boil sweet potatoes until tender.
    Drain.
    Mash sweet potatoes, set aside.\tIn a mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg, milk and margarine, mix well; add potatoes and blend until smooth.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust; bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350\u00b0 bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
