Orange Glazed Cranberry Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce (whole berry)
1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. Wesson vegetable oil
4 eggs
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, salt and baking powder.
In second bowl, stir together remaining ingredients until well mixed. Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture and stir until all ingredients are well moistened.
Pour batter into two 9 1/4 x 5 1/2 x 2-inch greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes or until bread tests done with wooden picks.
Cool in pans 10 minutes, then remove to cooling racks.
Completely cool bread, then drizzle glaze over top and sides.
Makes 2 loaves.
